Unity of Purpose: Making Connections in the Body of Christ

Who is the Body of Christ made up of? Are there members of the Body of Christ in every denomination? What about those who are not Christians, or even agnostics or atheists? Take a tour with me through 1 Corinthians 12 and 13 to discover who makes up the Body of Christ and what that looks like. Through Jesus’ command in John 13:34 and His prayer in John 17:20-23, we catch a glimpse of the love and unity of purpose that flows from the Body of Christ when we are fully abiding in the Spirit. My prayer is that we will truly become people who love each other, a people who have equal concern for each other, who allow no division in the body. May we walk in complete unity of purpose. May our purpose be to love our Creator and each other with
everything in us, through the power of the Spirit.
